Euro-Note
am  Euromarkt emittiertes, kurzfristiges Papier von bonitätsmäßig einwandfreien Nichtbanken, für das die Emissionsbanken die Refinanzierungsgarantie in Form einer  Back-up Line übernehmen.
- Merkmale: Nicht registrierte handelbare  Inhaberpapiere. Gleichrangig mit dem ungesicherten Fremdkapital des Emittenten.
- Laufzeit: Drei bis sechs Monate, verschiedentlich zwölf Monate.
- Schuldner bzw. Anbieter sind ca. 50 Prozent Industrie- und Handelsunternehmen, 25 Prozent Banken sowie 25 Prozent staatliche und supranationale Emittenten; aus den USA und Australien sowie (weniger) aus der Schweiz, Bundesrepublik Deutschland, Benelux-Länder, Frankreich, Italien und Großbritannien. Gläubiger bzw. Nachfolger sind überwiegend Banken; Nichtbanken wie Versicherer, Geldmarktfonds und Kapitalanlagegesellschaften zunehmend von Bedeutung.
